SMART Customers earn corresponding Reward Points not only from every CNI product that they purchase but also from the purchases of their referrals. Once accumulated, they can choose from a wide range of prizes listed in the Smart Customers Reward catalogue.

Mechanics:
1. ELIGIBILITY

• The Reward Points is open to all valid CNI SMART Customers (SCs).

2. MECHANICS

• Each CNI product purchased by a valid SC has a corresponding Reward Points which are applicable only for products purchased in registered CNI Business Centers and Delivery Service Points.
• Reward Points are non-transferrable
• Based o their accumulated Reward Points, SCs can choose their prize from the goods listed in the SMART Customer Rewards Catalogue which can be downloaded here soon.

3. REDEMPTION PROCESS:

• It is a requirement for SCs to fill out the redemption form and submit it to the nearest Business Center for processing. Redemption requests will not be processed unless the form is fully accomplished. The information supplied by the SCs in the form may be used by CNI or its service establishments for administrative or marketing purposes.
• Processing time for redemption of requests is three weeks from date of receipt by CNI. While it is in the best interest of CNI, and SCs that redemption requests are processed on time, the company will not be liable for any delay beyond its control.
• Redemption requests received by CNI cannot be cancelled or changed. Moreover, reward prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or converted into cash under any circumstance.
• Redemption of rewards is subject to availability.
• The reward points used for redeeming prizes will automatically be deducted from the total points already accumulated by the SC.
• CNI makes no warranty or representation either expressed or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness of the goods provided through the Rewards Points Program. The rewards are accompanied by warranty information from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.

Referral Appreciation
SMART Customers have a chance to earn extra income while enjoying their favorite CNI products.
Everytime you tell your friends, relatives, colleagues or just about anyone you know regarding your trusted CNI product and they were convinced to buy and try for themselves, you will automatically get Referral Appreciation of 10%-20% from their total purchase.

Personalized Service and Communication
Be contacted personally by our customer service representatives via phone calls, text messaging or emails about the latest promotions, events and news about CNI and its products. You will have your own Smart Customer account in the CNI website so you can check your accumulated Reward Points and earned Referral Appreciation fee. Not only that, you will also constantly receive warm greetings on special occasions like your birthday, wedding anniversary, Christmas, New Year and many others.
