- Delivery of CNI Products is free of charge when both of the requirements below are met:
- Minimum order worth P1,000
- Delivery location is covered by CNI Business Centers and Delivery Service Points
- For orders below the minimum requirement and locations outside the coverage, actual delivery cost (gasoline, parking, etc.) will be charged to the customer.

C4 (CNI Customers Community Celebration)
Every month, Business Centers organize the C4 activity to bring together CNI customers for a fellowship composed of fun games, raffles, product presentations and many others. On several occasions, C4 is held on the date of Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao’s fights where the CNI family watches the live telecasts and cheer him on.
